I deal with Ultrasonic machines on a daily bases. They are completely different.
After trying this one on myself I have found that it does not produce ultrasound waves at all. Any Ultrasound probe will need a conducting medium like gel or water in order to work and this one does not need any because it is not an ultrasound device.
This device is a vibrator with high speed and a precursor on the other end! The seller should remove the words Ultrasound and Intrasound from item description part and keep the word massager.
Do not buy it if you are looking for portable ultrasound machine that produce deep heat and works with gel.
Buy it if you are looking for a massager that will make your hand numb after few minutes!
