(More customer reviews)Have had this product for about 5 months and it is great! This past week I had to do some roof repair using a ladder, and on the roof itself. Needless to say, at the end of the day my neck, shoulders, and upper back hurt really bad. Used this, set timer and temp and the pain went away, disconnected and took off the heating pad and I got a good nights sleep. Highly recommend this product!!!!!!
