(More customer reviews)I've had one of these chairs for a few years... It's very comfortable, HOWEVER, I have had multiple problems with the electric switch not working... have had to replace it a few times (3) but now the company is no longer selling replacement parts.
Would be a great chair if I could fix it ... but as it is now... It's completely unusable - once the switch dies (as it has done many times), you can't move the chair position at all... i actually have to throw this chair in the trash (literally).
My husband was going to try to get some parts aftermarket (basically find some other replacement electronic parts) but the Human Touch companies customer service is HORRIBLE and wouldn't let him know voltage the motor runs at... When you ask about replacement parts, they just say "Sorry ... We don't sell those replacement parts any more".

AS HIGH AS I WANTED. I NEEDED A WEDGE ABOUT 14 TO 16 INCHES HIGH TO ELEVATE MY LEGS. THIS IS NEEDED BECAUSE OF BLOOD CLOTS.
BUT BY PUTTING THIS WEDGE ON A LARGE PILLOW I CAN GET THE HEIGHT I NEED.
THAT SAID, THIS IS A WONDERFUL PRODUCT. IT IS WELL MADE, AND VERY COMFORTABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE AND THE SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. GREAT BUY!!!

Everything I tried before this, would go flat and *stay flat* This, at least refills itself with air after the night or a long time passes where I am not sitting on it, but.......it still goes flat and has very little thickness to it after I have sat for awhile, but is still better than the chair itself with little or no cushion and does help some, so I will use it until I can find something better....

(More customer reviews)I had been using a tubular neck pillow filled with buckwheat hulls that pretty much eliminated the pain in my shoulder that according to my physician was probably due to arthritis in my neck. I got tired of the buckwheat hulls escaping in spite of the covering and cervical pillows are so heavily advertised that I thought that one might not only be neater (literally) but better. Also this pillow fits into a standard pillow case which is a real boon. So I bought this pillow. After a couple of days of use my shoulder pain returned but I persisted for a couple of weeks because I thought that maybe I just needed to get used to the cervical pillow. The shoulder pain increased and I finally went back to the tubular neck pillow which again eliminated my shoulder pain. If cervical pillows work for you, this would be a good pillow. The two lateral edges are of different heights so there is some flexibility as to which height you can use under your neck. It appears to be a well constructed pillow and my head did not get hot using it because the foam is aerated. That is another problem I have with my tube - my neck gets hot. But the bottom line for me is that my tube pillow allows me complete flexibility with respect to how much support my neck gets. No cervical pillow can do that. I wish it could.

(More customer reviews)I recently purchased two Tri-Core pillows, and my wife and I are very happy with the purchase. The price is well below most specialty or high-end pillows. More importantly, They were comfortable and didn't take long to get used to. When you sleep on your back your head rests in the low center of the pillow and your neck is supported by the raised lower edge. When you sleep on your side your head rests on one of the raised side edges. The point is to keep your spine properly aligned when you're sleeping. I do have to point out that my ear sometimes gets sore when laying on my side because the pillow is very firm. Core also makes a "Gentle" version, which I haven't tried. I don't know if I necessarily sleep much better or snore much less, but I can say that when I'm awake my neck feels less sore. That alone is worth using the pillow in my opinion. I only gave the pillow 4 stars because it's a pillow, it's not a wonder drug. But I do buy into the fact that it can help to get your neck/spine back into proper alignment over time if used consistently. I'm happy I purchased them. Good luck with your decision.

Inversion Swing (only) Review

(More customer reviews)Please beware that the Inversion Swing pictured is not what you actually get. What you see are actually two different items, the Inversion Swing and the Door Gym. I purchased Inversion Swing thinking I was getting the swing which would clamp onto my doorway. Instead I received just the bottom half of the swing with two giant eye hooks meant for screwing it into the ceiling. I don't have anywhere to screw this item in, and I did not want unsightly eyehooks permanantly screwed into the ceiling so I contacted the owner of Gravity Plus.
He acknowledged that the photograph was misrepresentative and yet still wanted me to pay for the Door Gym. In the end I paid because I wanted the Swing to be functional. When the Door Gym arrived, I found the assembly instructions to be vague. It didn't help that there was a small defect on one part that made it impossible for one of the four screws to go through without some filing and super human strength.
I finally got the thing assembled. It seems sturdy. I can hang from it now, but haven't been doing long enough to tell you if it is helping with the back pain.
I have waited a month to write this review to see if the owner would write a more honest description of his product, but he has not.
